The Florida Association of Licensed Repossessors is a not-for-profit Florida organization. The purpose of the association is to promote professionalism in the collateral recovery industry through education and training. FALR has members throughout Florida, and the association also enjoys relationships with professionals in other states.
FALR CODE OF ETHICS
- To act in accordance with the Florida Repossession laws and regulations in the performance of our work at the highest standards.
- To unite individual repossession companies of Florida and work together to achieve a common goal.
- To conduct business in a way to promote the professionalism of our industry.
- To promote goodwill toward fellow members and the financial intuitions we serve.
- To never discriminate or interfere based on race, creed, color, sex, religion, or national origin.
- To report misconduct where necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public and all FALR members.
- To have our members operate with the highest level of compliance.
